Nagpal is a life-long health and social care innovator, a relentless entrepreneur and leader, and a hands-on technologist committed to applying his skills to help transform healthcare. He brings a wealth of experience to the company with practical successes across multiple high-growth companies. Then as Co-Founder and Chief Architect of LumiraDx, Nagpal drove practical adoption of information technology across the US and European markets to support new models of care that better align and engage individuals, their care teams, and payors. Nagpal’s professional accomplishments include being named in 2017 by ComputerWorld as a Top 100 Technology Leader, a HIMSS Fellow, and election to the Board of HIMSS North America.
“We are thrilled to have Sumit join the Healthbox team as we continue to work with our partners to build and sustain innovation strategies that support dramatic improvements in the service and delivery of care,” said Neil Patel, President of Healthbox. “Sumit’s HIT expertise and demonstrated ability to create new offerings in emerging markets will build on the success of our innovation services model.”
“I am passionate about Healthbox because of our shared commitment to empower the reinvention of healthcare,” said Nagpal. “As the pace of innovation continues to accelerate within the healthcare industry, Healthbox is uniquely positioned to help care providers, payors, and entrepreneurs achieve lasting impact through their ability to engage organizations in successful, mission-driven innovation programs and initiatives.”
